Queen’s Award for Enterprise:
For its innovative technology, crafted into the S21 LASERi Suite,
with high impact in the world
We are the first UK digital forensics company to receive the most prestigious business accolade in the country.
We are delighted to announce that Semantics 21 has been honoured with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise. Announced on Tuesday 23 April 2019, the award recognises Semantics 21 for excellence in innovation.
The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are the most prestigious business awards in the United Kingdom. First established in 1965, the awards celebrate the success of exciting and innovative businesses which are leading the way with pioneering products or services, delivering impressive social mobility programmes or showing their commitment to excellent sustainable development practices.
Overjoyed that Semantics 21 has been recognised among the most innovative businesses in the country, the CEO and Founder of Semantics 21, Dr. Liam Owens, said:
Winning a Queen’s Award for Enterprise, our second innovation award within one year, is another fitting testament for our commitment to keep producing next-generation law enforcement tools, built upon technology which is second to none and is grounded in cutting-edge research.
WHY DO WE KEEP ‘PUSHING THE ENVELOPE’?
Well, we are transforming child sexual abuse investigations to make case backlogs a thing of the past and to reduce the exposure of investigators to traumatising material; and most importantly, we are extremely proud that ingenious solutions produced by Semantics 21, and integrated into our S21 LASERi Suite, are helping to identify and rescue child victims.
